Thank you for inquiring about our home cleaning services. We are family owned and operated and started the business in 1987. Rose Ann Dowdle is the founder and her daughter, Kaylene, is her partner. Her granddaughter, Shanna, manages the business. We supply our own cleaning supplies and we are bonded and insured. We pay all taxes on our employees.

Below you’ll find an explanation of our services and what you can expect from Rose Ann's Maids, LLC.

The cleaning of your home is set up on a rotation system. Each time it will consist of a "general" cleaning of the entire home and one room (or designated area) will be "totaled" or "deep cleaned".

GENERAL CLEANING OF BEDROOMS, OFFICES AND LIVING/FAMILY AND DINING ROOM

  • Dusting of all surfaces, pictures and accessible light fixtures/ceiling fans
  • Dusting of all knick-knacks
  • Cleaning glass tables
  • Dusting of all mini-blinds and window sills
  • Vacuum all carpeted rooms
  • Clean all hard floor surfaces
  • Using crevice tool for corners as needed
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Empty trash

GENERAL CLEANING OF KITCHEN, UTILITY ROOM AND BATHROOMS

Clean and sanitize:

  • Toilets Counters
  • Sinks Table and chairs
  • Showers
  • Outside of appliances
  • Tubs
  • Check cabinets
  • Mirrors
  • Pictures
  • Shake Rugs
  • Knick-knack shelves
  • Floors
  • Baseboards
  • Light fixtures
  • Empty trash (in bathrooms only)

GENERAL CLEANING OF COMMON AREAS (Entry – Foyer - Hallways – Stairs)

  • Dust pictures
  • Dust shelves
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Use crevice tool in corners when needed
  • Vacuum carpet
  • Clean hard floors
  • Wipe baseboards as needed
  • Clean accessible light fixtures and ceiling fans

"Accessible" means if our teams are able to reach it using a Rose Ann's Maids provided ladder, it will be cleaned. Due to insurance reasons, Rose Ann's Maids' teams cannot use customers' ladders.

Furniture that is easily moved by 2 people will be moved, cleaned behind and put back in place.

On a rotation basis extra work is done in each room or different areas of your home. We call this a "total".

TOTAL CLEANING consists of: this is in addition to a "general" cleaning

  • Cleaning woodwork - doors and baseboards
  • Cleaning accessible light fixtures
  • Cleaning corners
  • Vacuuming furniture…including under cushions
  • Moving moveable furniture
  • Cleaning glass on pictures

The team will leave a receipt that they have signed or initialed. The receipt will tell you what room they did the deep cleaning on that time and what room will be deep cleaned the next time and your return date.

They will also either write "paid" if you leave payment or "billed" if you don’t. Billed means you can pay from the invoice left for you. Or, if you pay by credit card they will also write "billed" on it, then we will charge the card on file after the cleaning has been completed. We accept checks, cash,MasterCard or Visa.

  • WE DO NOT PROVIDE REPLACEMENT LINERS FOR TRASH CANS

  • WE DO NOT DO DISHES…NOR DO WE LOAD DISHWASHERS
  • WE DO NOT MAKE BEDS OR CHANGE SHEETS (some exceptions apply)
  • INSIDE MICROWAVES ARE ONLY CLEANED ON REQUEST AT INITIAL BID
  • WE DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER PETS
