Thank You for inquiring about Rose Ann's Maids, LLC, Home Cleaning Service. The following is an explanation of our services.

The scheduled cleaning of your home is set up on a rotation system. Each time will consist of the following: a "GENERAL" cleaning of the entire home will be done each time and a "TOTAL" cleaning on one room (or designated area) each time.

GENERAL HOME CLEANING:

• All rooms, per agreement, will be cleaned each time.
• All contents dusted.
• All mini-blinds and windowsills will be dusted.
• All carpeted areas vacuumed.
• All floors cleaned (sorry we do not strip or wax floors).
• Kitchen cleaned and sanitized (no inside cabinets or appliances).
• Bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized.

TOTAL HOME CLEANING:

• One room or designated area will cleaned this way each time.
• All woodwork in room wiped with a damp cloth.
• All upholstered furniture is vacuumed.
• All corners are vacuumed with a crevice tool.
• All glass cleaned (this does not include windows).
• Lampshades vacuumed.
• All accessible light fixtures and/or ceiling fans cleaned.
• Any furniture that is easily moved by two people will be moved, cleaned behind, and put back in place.

The team that cleans your home will leave a receipt that tells you what room was "totaled" that time and what room will be "totaled" the next time. They will sign their names and your return date is also on the receipt.

We base our estimates on the size of your home, the number of rooms you want cleaned, if you have pets and children, contents of your home and how often you want your home cleaned. Our estimates are good for 90 days, and the "FIRST TIME" cleaning rate is good for 30 days. If you should make a decision to have your home cleaned after this time period, it may need to be re-evaluated.
