The first time we enter your home there are a couple of different ways to do it. The most common way of starting the service, if you are going on a scheduled basis, is to start with the "GENERAL HOME CLEANING". The other option is to have a "TOTAL HOME CLEANING" done on your entire home or designated areas. Below we have an explanation of each.
GENERAL HOME CLEANING:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Clean and sanitize kitchen
- Clean all accessible light fixtures and/or ceiling fans
- Vacuum corners with crevice tool
- Vacuum all carpeted areas with upright vacuum cleaner
- Remove all cobwebs
- Dust all contents
- Shine glass with wet and dry cloths (this does not include windows)
PLEASE NOTE: WOODWORK IS NOT WASHED ON A "GENERAL" CLEANING
TOTAL HOME CLEANING:
- All accessible woodwork cleaned with a damp cloth
- All moveable furniture moved, cleaned behind and put back in place.
- All upholstered furniture is vacuumed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Clean all accessible light fixtures and/or ceiling fans
- Vacuum all carpeted areas with upright vacuum cleaner
- Vacuum all corners with crevice tool
- Remove all accessible cobwebs
- Dust all contents
- Shine glass with wet and dry cloths (this does not include windows)
"Accessible" means that our teams can reach with a "Rose Ann's Maids" step ladder. Due to insurance reasons, we cannot use customer ladders.
After the initial cleaning is completed, the next time the team comes back to your home we will start the rotation schedule. This means that each time your home will get a "general" cleaning on the entire home and one room or designated areas will receive a "total" cleaning. The "first time in" cleanings are priced according to what option you chose. |
